Vibrant FACES program

When it comes to participating in physical activity and sport, many young women have perceived barriers like incompetence, low self-esteem, poor body image and lack of motivation. The Vibrant FACES program was developed to help young women in grades 7/8 overcome these barriers, and feel comfortable getting involved and participating in physical activity and sport!
