Hi to all grad parents,
Hard to believe it is only 5 weeks until banquet and 6 weeks until walk up/drygrad!!
Each grad was given 1 book of raffle tickets to sell and it was requested that they all be returned by Monday May 4th….Only 30 books were returned?!
The cost of Banquet is depending on the sales of these tickets. Any unsold tickets also must be returned. Grads with unsold tickets will be contacted by the fundraising committee to set up possible selling times at Overwaitea to sell any of their unsold tickets. A huge thank you to the grads that sold and returned their tickets.
We have a needed request from the decorating commitees….
We need parent volunteers!! Please come out any Tuesday or Wednesday…or both nights to help with Banquet and Dry Grad decorations. Upstairs old wing in highschool from 6:30-8:30. Average of 3-5 parents a night cannot get all the deorations done alone. We look forward to seeing parent support in any way possible.
