Hello Mount Elizabeth Middle Secondary School families,

Mountainwest Studios is working hard to ensure your orders are delivered before the holiday closure. As the Canada Post strike continues, any orders placed prior to December 3rd will be delivered to the school and sent home with your student. Any orders placed after December 3rd will be delivered after the holiday closure; Mountain West Studios closes on December 20th and reopens on January 6th.

Dear Parents/Guardians

I am writing today to address a safety concern regarding our school parking lot and student pick-up procedures. Recently, we have noticed an increasing number of parents using the teacher parking lot for pick-up and drop-off, despite having designated back parking lots for this purpose. This practice has led to congestion and safety hazards for students, staff, and other parents.

Your cooperation is essential to maintaining a safe and efficient environment for our students and staff. Please help us by:

• Using the designated back parking lots for all student drop-off and pick-up (student/theatre parking lot or by the soccer field)
• Avoiding the staff parking lot at all times
• Only use the roundabout for quick drop-off and pick-up of your child

If this concern is not addressed promptly, we will have no choice but to close the roundabout currently used and monitor the staff parking lot diligently.
