Grade 7 & Grade 8 report cards were handed out today.  We will be having Parent Teacher Interviews for all grades on Wednesday, March 9th and Thursday, March 10th.  We will be booking appointments starting on Monday, March 7th.  Please call 250-632-6174 to book your appointments. Students will be dismissed at 2:09 on March 9th and March 10th.

Dear Parents/Guardians of Grade 9 Students,

As your child transitions from Grade 9 into Grade 10, we would like you to be well informed regarding the Graduation Requirements and are inviting you to an Informational Session on The Graduation Program for High School Students in BC.

We will host this session in the Mount Elizabeth Theatre on Tuesday, March 8^th at 7:00 p.m.  We hope you will join us.

Grade 12 Students attended a Grad meeting today and were supposed to pick up their Grad Walk-up and Banquet Forms at this meeting.  If your son/daughter did not pick up his/her forms or were not at the meeting, please have them come to the office to get the forms ASAP.  Thank you.

Forms include:

• walk up fee and information
• voting cards for grads to choose speech presenters (due into office Feb 19)
• banquet fees and ticket requests
• dry grad fee and information

Forms and fees are due into the school office no later than March 11, 2016
