To all grad parents,

Update from Fundraising:

• We were just asked if we could do a car wash at snow valley ford. They will also have a bbq with hot dogs and hamburgers by donation also. All donations will be given to us. They are asking for a minimum of 10 volunteers The grads could do this and just have a couple of parents supervise. This would take place on April 25th from 10-4 at Snow Valley Ford once we confirm the volunteers they will start advertising it on the radio.

If you can help out or have questions please attend the next parent meeting.

• Our next fundraiser is a green fundraiser with a company called “Make It Sow”. It is a Canadian company based in Ontario. We make 50% on most items. There is wrapping paper imbedded with seeds that can be planted after the gift has been opened, packets of seed collections and planting medium. These order forms will be given out by Ms. Sousa in the first week back at school and are to be returned to Ms Sousa, Ms. Shaw or dropped off at my house at 36 Gannet Crescent on April 13th. If anyone wants their order form sooner message me. They are ready now

Message from Dry Grad decorating commitee:

Up until now, there has been only 3 parents doing this work…dry grad decorations are well on their way but more help is needed. At the moment help is needed painting in the lines. Please come out any time you can. Tuesdays and Wednesday at the highschool, old wing from 6:30-8:30.

Message from Fundraising:

Purdy’s spring order was another success!! Volunteers will be needed to sort on Thursday March 12th. Please contact Lynn @ 250-639-7699 for more information.

Messgage from Dry Grad co ordinators:

Save the date!

Volunteers will be needed to decorate the riverlodge as directed by decorating commitee starting on Wednesday June 17th.

Volunteers will also be needed for Food, security, clean-up, and station/game help. More information will follow.

Wednesday June 10th and Thursday June 11, parent volunteers will be needed to help decorate for banquet.

Next meeting for all parents will be Wednesday March 18, at 6:30 in MEMSS staffroom. If you are in town please try to attend.
