Dear Parents/Guardians
I am writing today to address a safety concern regarding our school parking lot and student pick-up procedures. Recently, we have noticed an increasing number of parents using the teacher parking lot for pick-up and drop-off, despite having designated back parking lots for this purpose. This practice has led to congestion and safety hazards for students, staff, and other parents.
Your cooperation is essential to maintaining a safe and efficient environment for our students and staff. Please help us by:
- Using the designated back parking lots for all student drop-off and pick-up (student/theatre parking lot or by the soccer field)
- Avoiding the staff parking lot at all times
- Only use the roundabout for quick drop-off and pick-up of your child
If this concern is not addressed promptly, we will have no choice but to close the roundabout currently used and monitor the staff parking lot diligently.
