The course selection process for next school year will begin March 1, 2019 and we would like to remind students and parents/guardians to have discussions at home regarding the course selection process and consider their selections very seriously. Decisions regarding how many sections of a particular course will be offered, the period/term that a particular course will be offered to reduce conflicts, the purchase of resources, and staffing decisions for the upcoming school year are all influenced by the registration patterns of our students. In short, the course requests of our students are one of the primary drivers of the master schedule. As such, once the master schedule is created, course change requests will be limited and rare.

Our plan is to have course selection completed prior to Spring Break.  This allows parents and students have time to discuss choices during Spring Break and can arrange to meet with counsellors after Spring Break if there are further questions.

Grad Information

Attention Grads and Parents/Families of Grads
Yesterday we held a Grad meeting at 2:45pm in the Theatre for all grads. During this meeting we distributed all forms for the Graduation events (Dry Grad, Grad Banquet and Walk up). Special thank you to Mrs. Deb Dumas and Mrs. Colleen Velho for attending and speaking to the Grads on behalf of the Dry Grad Parent Committee and the Banquet Committee respectively.
Grads who did not attend this meeting can come by the office to collect… their forms. Please note the date for returning completed forms with payments is March 7th.
The Banquet committee has asked that all grads submit a baby photo at the office when they submit their forms. These photos will be returned to grads after the Banquet.
Should you have questions about Dry Grad or Banquet there is contact information provided on the forms.
Any questions regarding the Walk Up can be directed to our school principal, Ms. Geraldine Lawlor.

VERY IMPORTANT MEETING FOR ALL GRADS

THERE WILL BE A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING FOR ALL GRADS ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH @ 2:45pm IN THE THEATRE. THIS MEETING WILL TAKE 15-20 MINUTES. ALL GRADS NEED TO ATTEND. WE WILL BE DISTRIBUTING GRAD FORMS FOR WALK-UP, DRY GRAD AND BANQUET AT THAT TIME
