Meningitis Vaccine Payments

 Please be note:   You are not required to pay for ALL Meningitis Vaccines at once.   You are only required to pay

              For the vaccine that is prescribed on the scheduled Meningitis Vaccine Clinic Day, which costs $120.00.   Payment can

               Be made directly at the Save-On-Foods Pharmacy or by personal cheque made payable to SAVE-ON-FOOD PHARMACY and

              Delivered to the school office.    PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO RECEIVING VACCINATIONS.

1^st Dose of (4CMenB) – BEXSERO^®      Thursday, January 11, 2018    @ 3:00 p.m.

2^nd Dose of (4CMenB) – BEXSERO^®      Thursday, February 8, 2018   @ 3:00 p.m.

The Mount Elizabeth Middle Secondary School Band is Presenting Charlie Brown’s Christmas this Thursday, December 7th, 2017 at 7 pm in the Mount Elizabeth Theatre with Narrator: Dave Durrant.  Be sure to enter the draw  for your chance to win a door prize!  We hope to see you there!
