On Friday, Feb 17th, the Fine Arts Department will be participating in a “Pop Up” Fine Arts Day with displays in the Theater foyer. The band will practice in the foyer in the morning, there will be an Art display set up throughout the day and Drama students will be in costume, practicing their play during lunch. This is a wonderful opportunity for students and staff to see our Fine Arts students in action.

Toonies for tummies is designed to raise funds and awareness of the importance of student nutrition. The Grocery Foundation, with support of retailers and sponsors, has been raising funds for nutrition programs benefitting over 1.2 million students  The Foundation, which has raised in excess of $15 million, since 2000, with its #Toonies4Tummies campaign, has announced it’s moving west with the support of Save-On-Foods and the Breakfast Club of Canada…….please click the following link for more information Toonies for Tummies West FINAL

Forms for Grad Banquet, Dry Grad and the Walk Up Ceremony were distributed on Wednesday, Feb 8th, 2017.  Vaccination forms were also distributed however we did not have enough copies. We have contacted Public Health to request more forms and will make an announcement when they arrive.

If any of our Grads were away and did not collect the Grad forms, they can come to the office and get them. We also ask that they check their name off of our list so that we are aware of the names of students who have collected their forms. Please note that the deadline for returning the Grad forms  and payment of fees is March 6th, 2017. Forms and fees can be returned to Mrs. Tse in the office.
