IMPORTANT – GRAD PARENTS

Message from Kathy: Hello everyone. Grad is quickly approaching. Only 4 weeks left until banquet! We really need parents to step up! Things are getting down to the crunch and there is a lot of work to do.

We have one week left to sell those raffle tickets. The projected income from the raffle sales was 7500, and we are barely at 2500!!!!! This is very disappointing …. If we want this grad to be a memorable time for our children, we really need to put in more effort. We have set up tables at overwaitea and super valu to sell tickets. As little time as half an hour can be so helpful. We need that income for our grad, every child is responsible to sell one complete book of tickets .
We are meeting this Wednesday at mess in the staffroom at 7pm. We need as many parents to show up as possible so that they can get involved. We still have nobody for
Dry grad security
Scavenger hunt/ bbq
We still need a lot of help with
dry grad decorating
Dry grad food
Dry grad food booths
Banquet decorating
It would be great to see some new faces, 10 parents cannot successfully pull this off and we are going to have to start cutting activities if we do not have the parents volunteering. Every parent needs to get involved!!
Sorry if this message comes across as rude or pushy but as a committee, we really want to see things work out for all of your kids.
Please let me know ASAP if you can help out.
Message from Angela, Drygrad Food Chair:
